Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our online shop, and click "Add to Cart" on any items that you wish to buy to put them into the Shopping Basket.

After you have finished your selection, click on "Goto Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to process the order. If you are paying by cheque or postal order, please post your cheque as soon as possible because orders cannot be posted until cheques have cleared. Cheques should be made payable to Hairkit. Please write your order number on the reverse.

Shipping And Handling P&P for UK orders is £Free. We only ship to UK destinations.

Delivery Schedule We will aim to deliver your order right away! 99% of orders are despatched within 24 hours from receiving your order, excluding holidays, weekends & bank holidays.

Orders will be sent using Royal Mail or Similar service. Royal Mail items will be sent 1st Class, Recorded Delivery or Special Delivery at our discretion.

If you choose cheque/postal order as your payment method then we will not despatch your order until the funds have cleared. If you want to pay by cheque then select cheque as your payment option when ordering online. Once you have placed your order, post your cheque to Hairkit, 14 Summerville Road, Stanningley, LS28 6EL.

Back Orders We stock most items, but If your item is not in stock we will back order for you automatically. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges Hairkit is not VAT registered, so you won't be charged VAT.

Returns Policy Hairkit makes every effort to ensure products arrive in perfect condition. However, in the unlikely event of a product arriving damaged in any way, customers should contact Hairkit within 2 days of receipt and return the goods within 7 days.

Faulty/Damaged Goods:
Hairkit will either send a replacement product or replacement items/goods, upon confirmation that the damaged items/goods have been returned. Hairkit will cover the cost of returning the goods.

Otherwise:
Any goods may be returned or cancelled within 7 days from receipt of delivery for a full refund. Note: If the goods have already been despatched/delivered then you the customer are responsible for return carriage/postage costs. Goods must be in an unopened condition and unused.

If returning items for any reason, please email us to let us know that you are doing so.

Remittance Terms All orders must be paid for in full before delivery.
